These are all random fall photos that didn't really fit in any other post!
Below, Makayla got a ladybug farm for her birthday. We ordered the lady bug larvae and she had a blast feeding them and watching them grow into ladybugs! I was amazed how long the ladybugs survived! They were so much fun that the girls got an Ant Farm and a Butterfly Farm for Christmas!
My friends Tracy and Andy visited Wisconsin and we got together at our house with some other friends, Kristin and Ryan. The adults all had fun catching up and the kids had a blast playing together! Our girls love babies, so they had a blast playing with Natalie, who is Tracy and Andy's daughter. Pictured below, Natalie, Emma, Lauren, Lydia, and Makayla!
Sisterly love (which can turn at the drop of a hat!)
Lydia brought this pumpkin home from school one day and was so proud of it. She carried it around the house until it was nearly rotten and I made her throw it out! We decided to take a photo before we threw it out! She's also wearing her "Saint in the Making" crown that she made on All Saints Day...this was another one of her favorites from school!
Here are some full art boards from this fall...had to take my photos before I changed out the artwork!
Some fun fall arts and crafts! Makayla had to decorate this pumpkin for school, so I made a photo copy and Lydia enjoyed decorating a pumpkin too! She keeps asking me why Makayla gets fun homework to do and she doesn't get any homework! ;)
We moved the girls into the same room together right before Thanksgiving. It started out amazing well, but then, after about 3-4 weeks, bedtime became quite the circus! The girls would talk, sing, jump on their beds, jump between their beds, leave their bedroom, and do all sorts of other shenanigans! We are just getting it back under control again and it's January now! At least we should be ready by the time the new baby shows up! The girls also got some new curtains and artwork for their bedroom for Christmas and we moved Lydia's "name" from her old bedroom wall into this room. Chad painted the letters for me over Christmas vacation since they were red in her old room. One of these days I'll get another photo of their completed room!
