A few nights ago as I was getting Makayla's dinner ready, I went to put her in her high chair. As I pulled the chair away from the table, her baby scared the heck out of me! For a second, I thought there was a real baby in her high chair! I guess she had put the baby there either the night before or that morning! :)
Today, I was going through my newborn clothes and Makayla grabbed a sleeper with a coordinating bib and ran off to find her baby! After I helped her get the baby dressed, Makayla ran off and get her own pajamas and a bib so that she was dressed like her baby!
I have some more toys stashed away for Makayla's baby...we're saving them for when the real baby arrives!

That's really cute! Makayla's baby blanket is the same material I bought to make a cover for the changing table pad in Baby Joas's room :)
Hi LIz - Makayla is just adorable! I cannot wait to hear how she loves up on her new baby brother or sister. I think it will be a boy. Just a little tidbit...Natalie got a Bitty Baby from her Grandma a year ago (American Girl Doll, but the baby kind). Anyways, I highly recco it. It is kinda expensive, however, they have great clothes and asecessories. I think it will last a long time. Big sister needs a special gift when brother or sister arrives (-: Take care!
