Makayla played soccer on the Freedom recreational league for the first time this Spring. She was on a team with girls going into kindergarten and 1st grade. Chad was the assistant coach. They played games on Tuesdays from late May through mid July and then had a tournament one Saturday in mid July. Makayla loved playing soccer! She wanted to play all the time and it wasn't good enough to just practice passing with her...she loved getting a game going between her and Chad and me! Lydia occasionally joined in on the fun too! Makayla played on the yellow team and her team won the tournament! Makayla scored several goals and seems to have gotten her sports coordination more from Chad than from me!!
